My name is Jeremy Karlovich, and I have been designing custom homes since 1998. As the founder of J. Karlovich Home Design, I focus on creating distinctive residences throughout North Texas that balance architectural character, functionality, and construction precision. My work centers on thoughtful planning, strong proportion, and highly detailed construction documents that translate vision into buildable reality.

I hold an Associate of Applied Science degree in Construction Management from Collin College, which provides a practical foundation that informs every design decision. Understanding both design intent and real-world construction allows me to create homes that are not only visually compelling but structurally and technically sound.

Over the years, I have collaborated closely with homeowners and builders on estate homes, luxury residences, and specialty structures. Each project is approached with discipline, creativity, and a commitment to delivering clear, coordinated plans that support a successful build.

Outside of design, I am a husband to my wife, Jenny, and a father to Abby, Austin, Emily, and Luke. My family and community are central to my life, and that perspective shapes the way I approach every project. I believe a home should do more than look exceptional—it should support the way families gather, grow, and create lasting memories.
